Road safety and traffic monitoring

What sets us apart
A council's internal management and what citizens see on its online portal are brought together on an e-government platform. That is where we integrate with penalty management applications.
What it is for
A device that captures an offence and a penalty case file that reaches the citizen are separated by several systems: the device's software, the penalty management application, the e-government platform... If those systems do not talk to each other, someone has to copy data by hand, and that is where errors and missed deadlines appear.
CGi21 connects its software with the main platforms on the market, so that the case file moves forward without manual steps and covers every level an integration requires: interoperability with the Register of Incoming and Outgoing Documents, uploading documents for signature, managing notifications, uploading other documents (penalty notices, evidence of the offence...) and closing the case file.
Who it is for
The Secretary's Office, IT and those responsible for e-government.
When it fits
Whenever the penalty case file needs to be integrated with the electronic case file, so that the two coexist without duplication.

Integration with other applications already installed, such as Accounting.

Frequently asked questions
The main ones on the Spanish market. The specific fit is confirmed in the assessment, depending on what the municipality has in place.
No. Integration is about making the systems coexist and communicate.
Several kinds. Both in internal management systems (document management and electronic signature) and in online portal services (electronic register, consultation, electronic notification). These web solutions should be the corporate ones, shared across the whole institution, rather than being replicated in the penalty management applications.
