01
Number plate
OCR reading of Spanish plates and those of more that 50 countries, european and not.
Red-light enforcement
Red-light running detected across up to three lanes, with free-flow traffic monitoring and circulation data analytics.
50+
countries
Plate reading with recognition of the issuing country.
3
lanes
Covered by a single device.
2
traffic lights
Handled independently.
What it captures
Each red-light offence is documented with several images and with video, not with a single photograph. Added to that is the data that identifies the vehicle beyond doubt: plate, country, classification, make, model and colour.
The shot is taken from the front and from the rear, which resolves the cases where the rear plate is dirty or the front one is obstructed.

OCR reading of Spanish plates and those of more that 50 countries, european and not.
02
Country of issue recognised from the plate itself.
03
Vehicle type, make, model and colour.
04
The vehicle is documented from both sides.
05
Footage of the offence, in addition to the stills.
06
Recognition of the ADR codes on the panel.
Integrity of the evidence
The real risk with an enforcement device is not its price: it is that the evidence does not hold. The VRS-EVO-T12-5 handles every detection so that the case file stands up to representations and appeals, which fall away as the evidence proves solid.
Each piece of evidence is signed at source, so any later tampering can be detected.
Local time and UTC, precise enough to establish the exact instant a light was run.
A unique identifier that traces the offence from capture through to the case file.
The evidence travels encrypted from the device to the management platform.
Capabilities
Three lanes covered by a single device.
Two independent traffic lights handled from the same device.
The offence is evidenced with multiple images and video.
It reads plates from more than 50 countries, recognising the issuing country.
Recognition of ADR dangerous-goods codes.
Traffic data collected that can be put to use in planning.
Make, model and colour, in the front and the rear shot.
Guaranteed operation between −40°C and +60°C. Protection ratings IP66 and IP67.

Frequently asked questions
The RS4 enforces red lights and speed; this model enforces red lights only. They share the optics, the plate reading and the three-lane capacity.
No. Metrological type approval is required of instruments that measure speed, and this device does not measure it.
It is not the cheapest on the market, but its precision and long-term reliability translate into fewer representations and fewer appeals, which more than makes up the difference.
Quite the opposite: installation is straightforward and needs no server infrastructure.
