Red-light and access control
AGUIA-T9-5
One device for red-light running and access control on roads of up to two lanes, including the opposite direction.
Solution 01 · Road safety
Bringing speed down where it matters most, with the whole process covered: from the device on the road to the closed case file.
6
integrated steps
From device installation to data analysis.
3
lanes
One device covers both speed and red-light compliance.
1
point of contact
Device, software, case processing and support.
The starting point
A local authority is not simply looking to install a device: it needs to solve a specific problem. That might be bringing down speed around a school, responding to residents' complaints on a through-road, acting on a stretch with a recurring accident rate, or carrying out a council resolution with technical and administrative guarantees.
From there, the key decisions follow: where and how to site the device, what type approval each case calls for, who validates the images, how case processing is integrated, and how the result is evidenced.

How CGi21 responds
CGi21 takes on the whole process: site survey, installation, commissioning, integration with the management software, and operational and administrative support.
The council works with a single point of contact, which simplifies management, cuts down coordination between suppliers and makes for a faster, safer roll-out.
From detection to result
Every phase is covered and connected to the next, so the information moves forward without manual steps.
01
We assess the site, the type of road, traffic volumes and what the project is meant to achieve.
02
The device captures the offence together with the photographic evidence and the associated data.
03
The information is uploaded to the management software automatically, securely and traceably.
04
The evidence is checked before the case file moves forward.
05
The case file is integrated with the council's e-government platform.
06
Data is centralised to measure the effect on speed, offences and accident rates.
What it includes
Every municipality starts from a different reality. The solution is therefore configured around its priorities, bringing in the components it needs and fitting the contracted scope.
Speed and red-light enforcement equipment sized for the site.
A platform for operation and validation, and for handling the penalty case file.
Support, maintenance and guidance throughout the life of the project.
