What it captures

The offence is evidenced with multiple images and video

A notice that stands up needs more than one photograph. AGUIA accompanies each offence with several images and with video, and adds the data that identifies the vehicle beyond doubt: plate, country, classification, make, model and colour.

The shot is taken from the front and from the rear, which resolves the cases where the rear plate is dirty or the driver blocks the front one.

Privacy and GDPR

It reads plates: the purpose has to be bounded

A number plate identifies a person, and this device also reads country, make, model and colour. The richer the data, the more it matters to define its use before anything is installed.

A defined purpose

It is agreed in writing what is enforced at each site and on what legal basis.

Signage at the site

The enforcement point is signposted in line with the applicable rules.

A human decision

The notice is always validated and decided by an officer.

Limited retention

Anything that does not lead to a case file is deleted within the agreed period.

Anonymised statistics

Working with traffic data does not require identifying vehicles.
