Through CASV, the former name of CGi21, the group has also built up a solid track record in assisting with the processing and handling of traffic penalties and other administrative sanctions, bringing in technology along the way to improve road safety and the efficiency of the procedures.

CGI's founders took part in the original development of the TAO software, later integrated into T-Systems, which gives the group a particularly deep knowledge of that solution.

Safety21 Group provides innovative GovTech solutions for smart mobility, road safety and territorial protection.

Founded in 2011, the Group supports more than 700 local authorities and law enforcement agencies through 13 offices across Italy and Spain, helping them manage road safety and traffic enforcement processes.

At the heart of its technology offering is TitanO®, Safety21's proprietary and modular digital ecosystem, powered by IoT and artificial intelligence to enable end-to-end management of the entire violation lifecycle, from detection through to fine collection.

Today it has more than 500 people and is a Certified B Corporation.
